  1. Hi there, In the past, I've generally used an external API through my printing company to upload images of my prints for sale on my website. I produce hundreds of products which regularly need to be added to my site (every ~2 weeks). I'm now considering how I might be able to do this upload myself without the aid of the external API. However, the issue I have is in associating the product image with the entry. Is anyone familiar with an easy way to host ~100 images and quickly spit out image URLs to add them to my .CSV bulk upload? Or perhaps a different solution that might achieve the same result? Thanks!
  2. Thanks! This is what I ultimately did for anyone looking in future. Be careful what you upload, because removing it is tough! I just deleted the products in the existing page, and reuploaded everything. Oddly, however, my deleted products within a store seem to live on as "Deleted" entries. Perhaps the best way in future is to do as you suggest and delete the entire store page?
  3. At first I thought that might work! Had realised my first attempt at uploading the edited CSV, I had not used a directly exported file from SS, but rather edited an existing. Meaning many of the variants did not have the SS assigned IDs within them. However, I have just re-exported a fresh inventory, and I can see all variants with associated Ids and SKUs. I've deleted the variants which I do not want. Reuploading this .csv has not removed the extra variants. I then tried the same process but updated Option Name 1 to "Print Size" from "Size" to see if it made any difference. I got an "Unknown error, please upload manually" response for each product. Is there maybe a way to just completely restart my inventory and upload a fresh .csv? Have I not understood your instructions, maybe?
  4. Hi All, Store site here: Shop the Lab — Two Moons - Limited Edition AI Print Shop I've got a very large inventory of items, which I have bulk uploaded to my shop using a .csv. I decided to edit my variant names to include mm dimensions, but it seems when I uploaded the .csv, SquareSpace retained the previous variants (despite none of the product id's changing....) Is this a bug, or have I done something wrong? I can't seem to figure out a way to update the variants to only include those with dimensions (or those without for that matter). Please tell me I don't have to manually delete nearly 500 products and reupload them?
  5. Hi folks! Just trying to implement some customisation options for print products for customers. I am looking to sell one (and only one) print for each product while allowing the customer a choice of size options (i.e. A4, A3, etc). Is there a way in which the product as a whole can be listed as "sold out" when the first variant is ordered? Been having a play around but can't seem to get it to work - only that specific variant is sold out when the stock is limited to 1. Any ideas or advice? All the best!
  6. Hi there! Looks like @GastonDuflos was able to achieve what I'm after, but didn't see a solution posted here in the forum. I think I'm after something very similar - all of my products require the same details regarding materials, dimensions, product care, etc, which I would like to include at the bottom of all product pages. An example product page here: blend(sand&wood)v5.693 — Two Moons - Limited Edition AI Print Shop Any idea how I should be coding in the same additional information for all products? Similar to the information that appears on the bottom of the product here: "Solitary Tea" Fine Art Print — Gaston Duflos | Sydney-based Artist & Illustrator Thanks!
  7. Hi there, Has anyone come across a clever way of working with Meta Pixel events to track views of products with specific tags? For example, I'd like to be able to create a tracking event for all product views that have the tag "Abstract" or "Blue." If it were category, perhaps I could do something with URL slugs, but I'm stuck when it comes to product tags (and specifically because products often have more than one tag). Anyone have any experience with doing something similar to this? Thanks!
  8. Hi Paul, Thanks for the prompt reply - much appreciated! Tags weren't a great solution as we tend to have a wide variety of potential dimension options, and moving between these seemed like more hassle that it was worth. In case anyone in future comes here wondering what I did, I just made the compromise of limiting the product description to dimensions and displaying the excerpt on the summary page. The only issue was text formatting, but solved that through a direct CSS script to reduce text size to fit in line with my page.
  9. Hi there! I'm using a summary block to build my customer facing product store so that I can limit my displayed stock to exactly 30 products. Within the summary block, I am able to display product name, price, and image very easily, however I'm struggling to display dimension as it isn't a default piece of metadata that is integrated with the summary block. Each product has been given dimensions via .csv import under the "Width" and "Height" field, but I have no idea how to access and display that info. Clearly those fields are intended for use for shipping, but I see no reason why I shouldn't be able to access them through some sort of code. I just don't have much of an idea how to get at the data and display it in the summary block. Any ideas? The website page is here: www.twomoons.io/shop Thanks!
  10. Hi there! We're a business that sell unique print product which go out of stock the moment someone buys a single item. I want to maintain stock levels at about 30-50 items on the site at a time to prevent overwhelming customers with choice, but also to ensure a decent amount to view. Is there a way to schedule products to become visible as others sell out to maintain a specific total product count in my shop? I.e. can I bulk upload 100 products, but only drip feed them into the shop to maintain 30-50 items? An additionally useful feature might be to automatically rotate products out that have had more than x months on site without a sale. Any advice much appreciated!
