DNS Issues

Hi, I'm Dave and I am trying to setup my DNS settings However, although it looks like that the DNS for the @ items are added the issue that i seem to have is that it is also picking up other ip addresses that also uses the same mx records. So the DNS checker is showing those in red. Only problem is, i need to have those around. Is it going to be an issue with sending emails via forms if the records are pointing to other services i am running? Thanks in advance, Dave
