Squarespace email address no longer libnking to my other-party email account

Forgive me, I am technologically illiterate and this may be a very simple fix but... I have an email address connected to my Squarespace website (XXX@paradiseroad.co.uk). Any email sent to this address was always previously forwarded to my regular email account with BritishTelecom (@btinternet.com). Recently this has stopped happening. Emails sent using the @paradiseroad.co.uk are no longer delivered. How do I fix this? Thanks Andrew
