I want to keep the text on all the time, even when hovering cursor over the project. I was wondering what CSS code I would need to make this happen. I'm at a loss for what to do, have only found the code to remove the text altogether which is the opposite of what I want to do. Page here: https://www.tobiahlui.com/professional

Hi, I was wondering if there was any possible way to add a drop shadow to the text of a specific section of my home page? The white text is a little difficult to read but a small drop shadow will drastically improve legibility.
