Hi, I have the same question. If I sell a digital product like a PDF or Ebook in my Store, does Squarespace encrypt the PDF so it can't be shared to anyone else other than the user who bought the digital product? Thank you!

I had the same issue on a PDF file. Saw this message board and it was helpful seeing your response. I replaced all the special characters and then the error message was gone. Thank you for posting it. It helped a lot.
