When I set up my Squarespace-to-Meta connection by connecting from Squarespace, the product variants organized correctly, but I did not have the option to "Checkout from Facebook or Instagram". So I broke that connection, and set up the data feed connection from Facebook Commerce Manager (in Meta-speak, I am no longer "onboarded from Squarespace"), and now I have the option to Checkout from Facebook or Instagram, but now the products with variants are broken. Also, it seems like if you have a Squarespace store, you might have inventory synchronization issues if your customers succeed in checking out on Facebook or Instagram.
