This issue has been resolved.

My newest domain (inktumn.com) has an SSL certificate processing for the past 18 hours or more. I know it can take up to 72 hours for the certificate to be processed, but usually my domains take only about an hour. Is the certificate still guaranteed to be issued, or should I refund the domain and start over? What should I do if the SSL certificate does not process after 72 hours?

I want to edit the text "email address" in my newsletter block so that it says "What's your email address?"

Is it possible to do that?

I'm using the Kester template.

I have replaced my social sharing icon with my forum profile photo, but when I paste the link to my site on Twitter, this is what shows up. That image is no longer in my assets library, and I replaced it with a new icon. I also cleared my browser cache at least a few times. I logged out of Squarespace and logged back in. What should I do? Is this something that a Squarespace tech can fix internally?
