I just created a site with minimal stiff on it and I made the mistake of picking the wrong template. How do I go about switching templates so I use something different? I am ok losing my progress if that is necessary to switch?

I would like to have a video playing in the background of the homepage of my site but when I check the mobile version, the video doesn't look right. Is there any way to have a separate homepage that loads up if it is on a mobile device? Ideally, when someone visits my site on mobile, the background would be a static image while on a desktop, it is video. Thanks in advance. I am open to all create solutions.

I am using 7.1. I have a video as a background but I would like to use a static image for those landing on my page using a mobile device. I set a fallback image but it isn't working. When I go to the website on a mobile device, it is just the video playing in the background and not the mobile fallback. Should I try to downgrade to 7.0 and use a theme? The goal is to have the video playing for desktop users and a static image for mobile. I am open to all suggestions because I really need some help here. Thanks

I appreciate the response. I have tried that and it still shows the video in the background which isn't fit for the mobile screen. Any other suggestions? @Wolfsilon -

I would like a background video to play for the desktop viewing but the background be a still image when viewed on a mobile device. I am using 7.1. Is there a code to achieve this or any other way?
