They say that the data is stored for 180 days. This is all a little concerning - Google Workspace Support refers me back to Wix, and Wix is an automated chat function. I've already paid for my Squarespace package but this is definitely a concern, I have 7-8 active emails and tonnes of data on them.

Hi. I am looking to transfer over to Squarespace for our business. The concern I am having is around the email accounts we have over at Wix, which are managed by Google. I cannot afford to lose these - we have 10-11 email accounts that I need to keep. We have thousands of emails that I cannot lose. We are a legitimate sized company and I cannot lose this data. Does anyone know if this can be done and how we go about it? Regards, Guy
