Hello, I spoke with two support representative and they both said I would be able to transfer a domain from one old SquareSpace site to the new SquareSpace site after we created a new account. I can't and super frustrated how much time and how much time we have spent dealing with this issue. We typically do not recommend SquareSpace because of this. Thanks, Brad
