Trying to get my header on my new site to look like a similar site

I'm currently building out a website and am having some issues with header customization. I am trying to figure out the custom code to get a header with two different colors on it like this website: https://www.stellamaris.academy/ The new site doesn't need to have double menus like this one, simply just want to have a blue and white split header. Does anyone know of easy code to add in to achieve this? Thanks!
