  1. Thanks Ziggy, that works perfectly, you're a genius!
  2. sure, https://fairest-isle-festival.squarespace.com/ pw: forum I only started today intending to set up a holding page.
  3. Hi, I'm trying to remove the space between the top of the logo and the top of the image in my header. Please see the attached image. I'm thinking this must be simple to do, if you know how 😉 Any help is much appreciated. Thanks, Mark.
  4. Hey, can someone help me out, please? I've set up scheduling categories which look right on my appointments page preview, but on my live site the categories are inaccessible. I can't find what I've set up wrongly. Any pointers are much appreciated. Thanks, Mark.
  5. This is exactly what the problem was. The client's domain had expired. They promptly renewed it but by then their email address was blocked when used with the Squarespace form. It was fine when used directly, there was just an issue with Squarespace. So as Paul2009 suggested, I contacted support via online chat, and after a quick check, they confirmed the email had been blocked, and very quickly they unblocked it for me. Forms work perfectly now. You learn something every day. Cheers Paul 🙂
  6. This sounds like exactly what's happening. I'll follow your advice and let you know if the issue is resolved. Thank you.
  7. Hello, My client's website has a basic form on most pages that has worked fine until recently. The were using a mail app on an ipad to pick up emails, but for some reason the app's not working now. When the form is completed and sent, the post-send message appears and no error messages. However, the client never receives the submission in their inbox, not even when using a Safari browser rather than the mobile App. It's not in spam/junk either. I've tested the email without the form and they receive my email and can reply to me. I've also switch the form's storage email to my own and sent myself a test and the form works fine. So, just for the client, the form is going somewhere, but we can't figure out where. I've not yet suggested they add form-submission@squarespace.info to a rule or filter because the form isn't going into their spam/junk folder. Any suggestions on where their form submissions are going would be very much appreciated. Thank you.
  8. Thanks, I found this option that might work for me: https://www.jotform.com/
  9. Site URL: https://www.theyarbridgeinn.co.uk/main-menu Hi, I've been asked to create a new Christmas menu page, like the link above, but with the ability to select food options in addition to the booking form used to reserve a table. My client wants the customer to be able to book a table online and select their parties food choice at the same time. Currently we use a downloadable pdf, see attached, but the problem with this is it's not always easy for the customer to return the form once printed and filled in. Please, any thoughts on how a customer can reserve a table and list their parties food options for: Starters, Mains, and Desserts? Thanks.
  10. Site URL: https://www.hyphencanada.org/ Hi, my project is to build a site with approximately thirty interviews (with images and mp3 files) of individuals (one page per individual/interview) who need to be grouped into six categories, as well as the option to display All, e.g. categories may be Music, Dance, Theatre etc and there may be five interviews for Music, two for Dance etc. Using 7.1, what is the best way to approach this and how best to set up the pages, please? The link provided is not my work, but it's an example of what I'm trying to do. Thanks.
