Nah you can’t; and I really gets my blood pumping. You can’t edit in the mobile app for ipad, on the iPhone nor in Safari on iPad? Why? Not even in Safari blows my mind!! No answer, other than based off of their support site for Mobile Apps; they have no intention of allowing us to fully manage our websites on our iPads.
