Select Field on Form Doesn't Show Selected Options

https://www.earlybirdbrunch.com/catering We created a form and used the "Select" field for a dropdown of available pickup times. It works correctly, but when you select an option, the option isn't visible on the form. I can't tell if its a color/styling issue or if the option isn't showing up. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
