The HTML you posted is not a Squarespace template. The only thing that was Squarespace about it is the images were at one time hosted on Squarespace.
I'm guessing that someone came up with some HTML from somewhere and then used Squarespace as an image hosting service.
I wouldn't be surprised if a let go employee who may have been hosting images on their own SS website, got rid of the images after being let go.
