I'm trying to use the content module for "Scrolling" marquee but it doesn't scroll on mobile (Chrome on iOS). https://www.caveday.org/kindsofwork Can you help?

Our site uses the Fairfield template (we set it up 5+ years ago already) and maybe that's part of the issue? But when users go to our store and add things to the cart, there is no Cart button that shows up. I added one to the navigation but is there a better way to do that?
