i could not agree more... there is so much friction in this process... we have been encouraging clients to get the app, and be better able to manage their own schedules, but the process to do it is SO convoluted and many of our clients are in crisis, so this added level of stress and anxiety is not helpful. Even if we could just create accounts within admin and send them a link to complete would be a vast improvement. it's totally non-intuitive to create an account AFTER you've already booked and paid for ... and attended... an appointment. Please put this on the wish list!
