I'm also still having the same issue. Spoke to Squarespace yesterday and it's a 'known issue' but no update on when they plan to fix it (sounds like it's been over a month since it's been an issue!). This is causing a serious problem for my client's ecommerce store with the way we've designed it!

Hi, I'm currently using Teachable to sell online courses and digital products, mainly because it's one of the only platforms that has a payment system that both collects AND remits Digital Product VAT for EU customers. 

As someone selling digital products in the UK, this is a MUST to avoid the nightmare of remitting Digital Product VAT for every EU country myself as a small business, but I would love to be able to sell digital products through Squarespace ecommerce instead. (And so would many of my website design clients!).

Does Squarespace have any plans to bring in this type of payment system that can help us EU/UK folk out in the future, now that they're focusing more on digital product ecommerce?

I am DYING for this feature. Using Email Campaigns as an ecommerce business is pretty much useless without this! 🙃
