  1. Hi. We use waitlists for paid events. When an event sells out, we let users sign up on a waitlist for that event, and when we get cancellations prior to the event, which is quite common, we inform that many people from the waitlist that the event is now available. For example, if we get 2 cancellations, we email the first 2 folks on the waitlist. If we get 3 more cancellations a few days later, we email the next 3 waitlisted folks, and so on. We need a way to clear the waitlist of those emails as we invite them to register for the event, and then a way to clear (or delete) the whole waitlist once the event takes place. The event is a recurring event so we need to clean up the waitlist after one event to make way for the next event. Is there a way to manage the waitlist emails in this way?
