When the embed block does not work then you need to fallback to a code block as suggested by the support doc. In this case you just have a URL, not embeddable code, so you'd probably end up using an iframe, which presents its own challenges, not a plug-n-play as embedded code.

When I add it, it says it is found but when I save the edit, it then says there is an error and it does not show on my webpage. I have asked customer service for help and they say my link has an issue but it works fine, so they said I need to ask here.
