I'm working with an organization that only wants their store open every 3 months. Can I launch a different store under the same payment structure for the other 2 months while the other store is closed? Is there any better way to do this? Thanks in advance for all the help!

I'm working with several different organizations that all would like their own personal online store. Do I need to create a different Squarespace site for each one and then pay accordingly? Or, can I use one account and create 5 different/unique sites using that same account? Thanks in advance for all the help!
