  1. Hello, I would like my first section of the home page to be full screen and to not have a header. Instead of a header i would like a simple drop down option with the different options. Would someone be able to help me here? I am surprised squarespace doesn't have more header navigation options. Similar to the attached, but without the header bar. Thanks in advanced!
  2. I have, but it still doesn't seem to work as expected. I think i may have diagnosed what the issue is though. When I do try to get to my anchor link, it looks like it starts to scroll and then something stops it. When I expected further I could see that there are 3 errors being highlighted from a 3rd party tool 'calconic'. When I remove this tool from the homepage, the anchor links then works as expected! Issue is I like this tool and don't want to have to remove it... So will need to troubleshoot these errors!
  3. Hmm. Still does not seem to be working for me... Very strange!
  4. Thanks, but sadly this still isn't working as expected. 😕 1710895703_anchor4.mov
  5. Thanks. I have also submitted one but I am really struggling to get anywhere with them. They keep thinking the URL slug or code is incorrect, when it is not.
  6. Thanks Paul. I have removed all of those services (except the hubspot form as this is mandatory), and it has improved slightly, but still quite slow. Hard to believe 1 hubspot form can slow the website down that much. Are there any changes we can do with the loading method? I.e load the items at the top first, then load the rest? Or any other suggestions? Thanks, Cameron.
  7. Note, I have also reduced all Image sizes, but it is still very slow.
  8. Might this be a bug with Squarespace? Cannot see anything wrong on my-side?
  9. Is there someone else who might be able to take a look? This is quite a crucial part of our website as you can imagine! We need people to be able to navigate easily to contact us. Thanks, Cameron.
  10. Hey Ziggy, Thanks for your response. I have updated this, but it still does not solve the problem. You can troubleshoot this by following these steps. Go to https://www.cloover.se/ Click on 'contact us' Notice that the URL changes to https://www.cloover.se/home/#form Then if you click on 'contact us' again, it then works! (Strange) Thanks, Cameron.
  11. Hello, My website take a while to load. Any suggestions to make it quicker? With the new squarespace update, I have been able to remove all custom CSS, but it is still slow. Also, any other suggestions or feedback on the webpage would be warmly welcomed 🙂 Thanks, Cameron.
  12. I have followed the steps here - https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/207135178-Creating-anchor-links Code block has been added with <p id="form"></p> And all buttons have the url slug https://www.cloover.se/home/#form But it just keeps bringing me to the top of the home page, and not the form. When you then click on the 'contact us' button, at the top of the page, it then goes down to the anchor link. Please help. Cam
  13. Hello! I have created this landing page (https://www.cloover.se/landing-page-test) which look fine on desktop view. But when you go to mobile it looks terrible... What I would like to do is re-arrange the blocks, so that the logo goes on top etc. Is there a way you can list the order of the block codes in the order they should show in mobile view? Everywhere I find online tells you to put into separate sections, which is not ideal for a landing page. Many thanks, Cloovercam
  14. Hey Ziggy! Just wanted to update this thread that a solution (albeit not sure if its a buggy workaround...). I have added I added a margin to the right of both blocks which seems to have worked: @media screen and (max-width:640px) { div#block-8db4dc13e91503dc872d * p { margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-right: 10px; margin-left: 0px; }}
  15. For some reason that changes the margin on the desktop, but has no effect on mobile view. Even if I add @media only screen and (max-width:640px) { Any ideas why? Do you want me to open up a new case for this?
