I got wonderful help from the Squarespace Support via chat. I can copy an event to another event page by holding SHIFT, selecting the event and a menu pops up with the option to move.

I want to use 2 different event calendars - one for paid workshops and one for events without fee. Can I copy events from one event list to another?
