Turns out Squarespace has lots of shortcomings. This is just the latest I've come across and the fact that it hasn't been addressed (as in remedied) is pretty bad.

Why is there a lake of white space beneath my text?

Site URL: https://www.theamsterdamgoodmurderguide.com/ I've made a really simple single-page site with a few blocks of text. (One very big block of text.) Suddenly a giant space opened up underneath the main block of text and I have no idea why. Can anyone help please?
