This has finally been resolved, but I wanted to get some clarity on the issue. I just had a customer (bless her for hanging in there) that could not get passed the shipping screen on my checkout. She's a repeat customer and just order yesterday. Today, it would not let her go passed shipping to payments. Her address was saved to her account so it populated during checkout. It was the correct address! I asked her to create a new address and make it the default. That did the trick!
Any ideas why this would happen or how to prevent it in the future?
