Changing Font size of product pricing

Hi: It's possible to control almost all the text on a product detail page EXCEPT for the price, which I guess is controlled at some master, all-site level. Is there a simple way to change ONLY the product price across the site, whether done individually for each product or, far more preferably, some code that would change the size with all products? I'd like it to be bigger (what would be the equivalent of Paragraph 1). Thanks and regards, Bryant
