If you want to control the layout on mobile using the Fluid Engine editor (you should be able to upgrade this page section) gives you that flexibility. I think you need to change your setup on desktop as well, this is what I see, nothing is lined up or legible:

Or you could code it in HTML yourself, or use a plugin like this: https://www.squarewebsites.org/squarespace-plugins/custom-table-block
At very least you should break up the text blocks so each new area has a new row rather than putting everything together.
