Oversize Item Shipping

Hello, I'm making a website to sell art and some paintings are being flagged as "Oversized." I have carrier calculated shipping from FedEx, USPS, and UPS but none are able to calculate the shipping for these items and when a customer goes to checkout, it's simply saying "shipping not available." However, these paintings are not completely enormous and should be able to shipped. Please help!
