  2. Hi there everyone - I manage a website for a client who uses Acuity scheduling via her SquareSpace website. We set it up using her old email. She's since changed the email address and we've updated the email linked to the calendar and email notifications to clients are going to / from the new one. However, she's still receiving direct notifications from Acuity to the old email, see below. Where do I change this on SquareSpace - can't find it anywhere!   3. Hello @lovetoprint, I had a flash of inspiration last night and have sorted out the problem for me. Go to the actual subscription form and into edit mode. Go to the Storage option / SquareSpace Email Campaigns (make sure it's on) and then make sure you've added the correct mailing list - mine wasn't ticked previously. I had added my automated email after creating the subscription form so hadn't gone back to update it. I hope that helps! Cheers, Kate
  4. Hi there, I'm having the same issue, though with subscribers who are signing up organically via the website. They receive the verification email but not the actual automated one. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
