  1. Hi there, Another way to remove a class session is by going to your Appointment Types page, clicking on the group class appointment type in question to edit it, and then the list of scheduled class sessions at the right-hand side of the page. Tick the box beside the session you'd like to cancel, and then the red 'Delete Selected Classes' button at the bottom of the list of sessions. You can see these steps for 'deleting multiple group classes at once' (which can also be applied to just one class session) in the Help Guide below: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408390055309#toc-delete-and-cancel-group-classes
  2. Hi there, As mentioned, users on our Growing plan can create packages that allow clients to pay upfront for a bundle of appointments, at a discounted price if preferred, and then schedule these at their convenience. Packages can be created on the Packages, Gifts and Subscriptions page and assigned to the relevant appointment types. You can read more about these in our guide below: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043414371
  3. Hi there, You can use the 'New > New Order' function above the calendar on the Overview > Calendar page to generate a new package/gift certificate for a customer and mark this as paid with cash. You can also generate a free package/gift certificate by heading to the Packages, Gifts and Subscriptions page, clicking on the package or gift certificate to edit it, and then clicking the 'Add Code' button to the right of the page. You can read more about selling packages and gift certificates in this section of our Help Guide: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043414371#toc-sell-a-package--gift-certificate--or-subscription
  4. Hi there, There isn't a way to change the flow that clients follow on the Client Scheduling Page - they would need to select an appointment type first, and then their preferred date and time, according to the set availability. As a note, if all of your appointment types are group class appointment types, you have no packages or subscriptions listed on the Client Scheduling Page, and you've selected the 'Daily' template on the Appearance page, your Client Scheduling Page template will default to the Class List template. The Class List template lists upcoming classes by day, and clients can click the 'Sign Up' button beside the class they'd like to book into. You can read more about the available templates in Scheduling below: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/4402555019533
  5. Hi there, When a client has paid for an appointment at booking, you'll see an additional 'Paid Online' row in those details in the admin confirmation email. This will look like the screenshot below: If the 'Paid Online' row is not included, the appointment cost is still outstanding. You can read more about managing payments in Scheduling in our guide below: https://support.squarespace.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039291732
