Footer edit not working

Hi When trying to add site footer to my site template the button for edit footer doesn't work. Add footer button brings up edit footer button and then nothing? No options to work with or commands to insert text/ images in order for me to add this section. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Many Thanks
Accessing the 'Design' option when you have full permission as a contributor & website editor

Hi Could someone help me, I've recently transferred over the ownership to my client and they have given full permission as a contributor & website editor. I need to still access the website 'design' element to change colours, fonts etc but this section isn't showing. How can we resolve this? Many Thanks Nathan

Hi could anyone advise me why the submit buttons do not show when in the Lightbox mode on the forms? (see attached) I've tried different colours but still no luck. Many Thanks
