To ensure I abide by UK GDPR laws, I need a compulsory checkbox at checkout with hyperlinked terms of service and privacy policy. The options are either a pop out box which links to the policies, but these is no checkbox option. OR I can add a custom checkout option but I can't hyperlink and can't use HMTL to hyperlink either. Is there custom code I could use to do this? I've attached an image of the exact type of compulsory checkbox I require - funnily enough it was included when I signed up to the Squarespace forum so is a good example. Squarespace use it themselves but can't provide it as standard! Any help would be greatly apreciated
