I'd love to know if the following design that I have attached can be created through CSS code? Basically, I'd like to have: - The Image Card text below the image, - A background colour being the whole image card? - The image is to the left of the "image card"? Any ideas?

Also, how do i change the color and text style for a specific heading - in this case, it would be 'register to join'

As you can see on Desktop it looks Ok, however when in mobile, the text is smaller and centered. Anyone have any ideas on how I can make the mobile version look better?
