I recently signed up for Google Workstation. Squarespace sent me two emails - the first had my temporary password and the second just had a link to click. I only saw the second. So when I clicked Google Workstation I had no clue what my password was. I tried my gmail password and my Squarespace password (stupid, I know but I didn't know what else to try). Finally I clicked forgot password and Google said I had to contact Squarespace. At this point I found my temporary password email. I try logging in with it. Google tells me my password was reset less than an hour ago. I follow the Squarespace directions to have a new one sent and NOTHING comes to my other email to be able to sign in. This is holding up me signing up for A LOT of software and things I need for my business so if anyone could help me, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thank you!
Squarespace support has been exactly no help so far, outside of condescendingly asking me if I'm sure I did what I said I did.
