  1. Something else you should know Vicki , you can't increase an individual Subscribers price once they're set up..so if in NI like here in Scotland the price for a large letter <250gms has gone up from £1.80-£2.70 this year!! and I am unable to add this increase to Subscribers ...absolutely crazy In theory when post is costing us £4.50 , they are still being charged £1.80 in say 5 yrs time.
  2. Absolutely crazy that an e-commerce site will not allow it's customers..(us) to increase our prices with inflation. For us to post our product in January this year was £1.80..it then went up to £2.30 and it's now £2.70 ! so my postage costs have gone up £0.90 which I really need to pass on to our customers. I sent a group email out to all subscribers , about 100 telling them of planned price increase due to post and not one cancelled but then I find out I can't actually do it!! CRAZY.. they must think I'm mad. Told that I need to ask my customers to cancel there subscription and re-apply and the new higher price...yeah right.
  3. Hi. I have a couple of issues with my Squarespace website. We make dog treats and mostly send them out via the post in the UK. Well the price of postage has increased from £1.80 to £2.70 (and it's a worse service) so I have to pass that on to our customers but to my amazement I can't if they're Subscription customers , which nearly all are. Anyone else found this? It's crazy that I can't increase my prices for subscription orders so in theory they could pay the same for ever unless I cancel it and ask them to re-subscribe at the new higher price. Secondly , and this is a friend of mine that buys our product , he has moved house and has found it impossible to change the shipping address , the billing address has changed to the new address but not the important shipping address...is it just him or is this how it is? Any help on this would be great.
  4. I'm in the same boat here , customers of ours are getting in touch to say they have changed the address in subscriptions to a new address but we don't see it ....ridiculous that they have to cancel the subscription and start a new one because of a basic address change. We will loose customers because of this, no doubt.
  5. OK so he's a subscription customer and therefore he needs to cancel the subscription and re-subscribe with new address...correct?
  6. A customer has recently moved house and changed his address accordingly but it has not updated and I posted his item out to the old address as I had no way of knowing. What's going on?
