I have a built-in video in the background but when it resizes for mobile view it's resized incorrectly and not visible. What CSS code can I use?

I have a big passage of text and on the mobile view, it looks even longer. I have researched into hiding elements, but is there a way of having a 'read more' section and the text will drop down?
