  1. Hey, yes I played around with it for a few hours. This is what I've managed to do in the end, but let me know if there would have been a more efficient CSS to get the same results. //Project overlay - desktop only// @media screen and (min-width: 640px){ //Hover background colour overlay on image// .blog-image-wrapper { background-color: #46363c; } .hentry:hover .image-wrapper { opacity: 0.5; } //Hover text overlay on image// .blog-item-summary { opacity: 0; position: absolute; top: 50%; left: 50%; transform: translate(-50%,-50%); } .hentry:hover .blog-item-summary { opacity: 1; position: absolute; top: 50%; left: 50%; transform: translate(-50%,-50%); } .hentry:hover .blog-title { color: #FFFFFF; } //Hover read more link text and underline change// .hentry:hover .blog-more-link { color: #FFFFFF; } .hentry:hover .blog-more-link:before { border-bottom: 1px solid #ffffff } }
  2. Hey, I agree it looks better than lots of competition out there and is clear to use. A few points for improvement: Check your heading tags (H1, H2, H3, etc) as I've noticed that the homepage the main heading is actually 'client testimonials' and not ' PROFESSIONAL LIVE PARTY BAND UK'. I've attached a screenshot to show you. There's some padding/spacing issues that could be neatened up. On the homepage SEO title and description your keyword isn't present, which I'm assuming is 'PROFESSIONAL LIVE PARTY BAND UK'. I'd move the Contact page in the main navigation to the far right hand side, as I almost missed it. Overall, well done!
  3. Hey, I need help making the blog post title appear when hovering over the image, rather than it being underneath the image. The blog is using the masonry blog layout. For context, this is the projects page but I made it using the Blog. https://momentumcardiff.squarespace.com/projects Password: aXWoryOnAloA Thank you in advance!
  4. @Ziggy thank you so much, that worked!
  5. Hey @Ziggy yes here is a blog post but I've got more https://twofold-studios.com/blog/8-qualities-of-a-good-website I want to change all H2 and H3 on all blog posts to a smaller font size, without it affecting the font size on the rest of my website. I'd like H2 to be 2rem and H3 to be 1.5 rem.
  6. Hey, I need help adding CSS code to change the font size of H2 and H3 within the blog posts only. I am happy with the size elsewhere on the website but it looks too large for blog posts. Please help.
  7. Thank you so much, it worked! Really appreciate it!
  8. Hey all, I need help changing the mobile logo on certain pages. I've used this code in the advanced page header which works for desktop, but doesn't change on mobile as well. Can some please help. <style> div.header-title-logo a { content:url("https://static1.squarespace.com/static/6297984c16b96d38a8a3db46/t/64946b887fe5ea59581ee0c6/1687448456951/_light.png") !important; } </style> I've photos of how it's currently looking on desktop and mobile for context.
  9. Hey all, I would like to know how I could overlap a form from one section to another. There is a divider on. Thanks, Emily
  10. Hey, I need help with a website I'm building for a client. I have the menu set as 'dynamic', making the background transparent with white text. Then, when you scroll the menu background turns solid white. However, when the menu background is solid white, the text is also white. This is the problem. I want the text to change to black/grey when it's on a solid white background when it starts scrolling, but keep it white at the top. Does anyone know how I could change it? (I've added a couple of images to show what I mean) PS. When I change the text colour in the styles menu to black, then it shows black on the transparent menu too, which I don't like.
