@Susana_SQSP  So, so I have to pay hundreds of dollars more to just move the domain from one unpublished site to another unpublished site, and then ask for a refund? I saw on one spot that they don't do refund after 14 days?

This is so frustrating. I chose a template and worked in it for a week. After a week I looked for something better for my needs. I actually had to go to a third-party site which curated the templates better than SquareSpace, then I spent a week in there. Now I'm ready to move the domain over.  

@Megan_Leigh I am having the same exact issue right now. I just get the gray window with nothing to choose. What did you have to do to sort this out?

@jdaurell  I am having the same exact issue.  Unless I am not understanding how this is supposed to work. This is very frustrating. Just go an account like two weeks ago, the firs template turned out not to be so good, so I've spent the past week in another template, but now I can't associate my domain with this new website. Also, I can't just drop in the source code into the original site. Who do we contact about this stuff?
