Tablet only shows desktop view

Site URL: https://www.kchow.me/ When I'm looking at my website on a tablet, it shows the desktop version, no matter if I request the mobile view. The navigation bar is different between the two versions and I would like my tablet to show the mobile view since the desktop navigation bar is all misaligned on tablet. On a computer the desktop version looks correct and on a phone the mobile view works great. How can I get the mobile view on my iPad?
