This is what I can see when I am editing.. This is the screen I published... you can clearly see although I bold the font whereas it disappears when releasing. I need help. Many thanks!

My Hover picture change cannot work

Thank you very much. I found the fixed image ID. But this time when I tried this code, and the hover image would enlarge... I have tried smaller image, the hover image would still enlarge in same level... I want to keep the hover image and the original image at the same size. What should I do? I try to use the following code to change the hover profile on my homepage, however every time I refresh the website, the original picture's id continuously changed.
