Hello!
I've referenced this article but am still having issues where my customers are unable to access files past 24 hours. Clicking the link has not been prompting a new email for them, so I've been having to manually do this. I had updated the file 4 days prior but even customers who have purchased after the update date are having issues accessing them.
I'm not sure if this is a bug or something on my part, but let me know if anyone else is experiencing this and what's worked for you!
