Embedding a livestream (not from YT, wistia, or animoto)

I've tried using iframe code on the 14-day premium trial, to no avail, so I'm not sure if I should upgrade to to the business or commerce plans because it didn't work on the premium trial. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated! Thank you 🙂
