    AfterPay

    Hi! Has anyone ever experienced an issue with afterpay? I recently switched from Stripe to Squarespace Payment and turned on AfterPay. The customer had first two failed attempts to make a purchase, which I saw. Then the third one said pending. No order number or anything because it was pending payment. However, the customer showed me that she had made her first payment to AfterPay already and I did reach out to SquareSpace help and they advised me to direct the customer to AfterPay since their payment would be through them but AfterPay told her she had to reach out to me. However, there was no way for me to cancel her order since no order was linked to it her pending payment. Has anyone had this issue before? Do you know if there is a way to check AfterPay on the merchant side? I felt pretty helpless in trying to help my customer solve her issue. I've had others use afterpay with no problem, so this was my first issue. I should also note that I've never used AfterPay so I'm not sure. Maybe it was a glitch? The customer ended up canceling her order on the AfterPay side to avoid her next payment and SquareSpace notified me of a chargeback since it was considered a dispute on the AfterPay side. I am also worried that that would cause a red flag on my account - it was my first ChargeBack too. Just trying to see if anyone else has experienced this. Thanks in advance!
  4. Hi! I'm trying to download orders in the CSV file, but whenever I try to download, it pops up to another web browser and I get a HTTP 500 Error message. Is anyone else having this issue? I've cleared my cache, allowed for pop-ups, and even added it to the safe list. I've also tried it on Chrome and Safari, nothing works. Thanks in advance!
  5. Hi! I'm trying to build my site and yesterday it was fine. Today, I'm finding that my logo is huge and the page is self-scrolling when I try to scroll down. Is anyone else having this issue? Is this a Squarespace issue? I've attached how it looks like on my end. Site has not even been published yet and I'm already having issues. I also did not add a Skip to Content link as shown in the image, so I'm not even sure where that came from. Thanks in advance for your help! 🙂
  6. Hi! I'm a noob to codes and recently found this great site for live font previews online. They provide a code: <iframe src="https://app.fontvisual.com/showcases/048d1480-a571-4c6c-a85f-bb20cb2ff093" height="600px" width="100%" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> But it's not responsive to the site (specifically the mobile version), when the page is looked on a phone, it moves into a contained box with a scroll bar. I feel like this will make users frustrated as majority of my customers are mobile users I'd really like to make it so that the iframe takes up the full screen as they scroll. I've tried to find a solution online, from modifying the code to 100% in height or 100vh, I've even seen people recommend putting this in the design > custom CSS: #block-yui_3_17_2_1_1619008534514_75765 iframe { height: 100vh; } But nothing has worked. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks so much!😄

  8. I'm having the same issue! And this sucks because I run a ecommerce and you can't see the cart on the header but instead it moves to the bottom right. I could easily miss it and I'm sure my customers would too 😭
  9. Site URL: http://www.happycoffeedesigns.com Hi! I'm testing out the subscribers link on my site and so I've went through the process of subscribing one of my personal email addresses. I got the verification email from squarespace, but I don't get the automated email campaign I set up for new subscribers to receive a discount for subscribing. The automated emails are set to deliver immediately after subscribing too. I've checked my the spam folder and nothing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Would appreciate any help or guidance.
