I'm having problems with this - was it a bug? Is there a fix please? My site comes up at Genral 2 when I share the link - see image

This message is popping up on the feedback form I've created, the section with the error is the multiple choice answer section and it's preventing the form being submitted. Can anyone advise please? Please rate the comments that are relevant to your experience is not valid. Contained an invalid question.
