In store only function? remove buy button but keep item on inventory catalog

Hi, not sure if these are the proper tags for the question, but any help would be apprciated. My online store is still under construction but I was wondering if there is any way to remove the buy button on certain items? We have a contract with our distributors that we can only make sales in person on a certain brand. I was wondering if the items could still be displayed, shows stock, description/specifications but just replace the buy button with a "in-store only" or simply remove the whole button if necessary.

Products not showing up on store page?

Site URL: https://www.audioexcellence.ca/ We are currently using Ecwid for our online store, but we wanted more customization overall. So now I decided to use the Squarespace commerce. I have added some test products to inventory to start off. But the issue is when I try to develop the store page itself, the products I made in the "commerce" -> "inventory" section does not show up in the "pages" -> "store" page that I create. any help will be much appreciated
