  1. I've tested it on incognito, Edge, and Firefox. Still having the same issue. I'll get in touch with the Customer Care. Thanks Paul.
  2. Thanks for the response. I'll give that a try. I originally attempted to use CSV, but the transfer from OpenCart has been a nightmare. There's an issue with the variants/options, and my customer hasn't correctly set the weights and sizes. Found it to be easier to do them one by one, so I can correct the mistakes as we go. It's a small business so they pay me by the hour.
  3. This problem just started a few days ago. I've been uploading products for about two weeks now. Normally I type the name, description, price, model, upload the photo, set the shipping, add the variants, then add the tags. I've done around 300-400 different products like this without issue. Now it seems to reset the name, description, and price after adding the photo, tags, or advanced shipping. The solution is to save the product after every section is filled out. That's leading to a lot of time wasted. I've tried cache reset just in case, with no luck. I'm wondering if anyone in the community has experienced this, or if I've done something to make this happen. Thanks in advance. I apologize if this has been answered, I wasn't sure how to word it.
  4. Site URL: https://icamanufacturingtest.squarespace.com/ My client has had an online store for a few years now. Typically we sell a lot of smaller items, but we offer much larger ones. We use Fed Ex or UPS for these larger products. Setting up the shipping on our new Squarespace store, I can't have the product size above 24x24x20. It's telling me its oversized. I regularly ship 30x30x20 100lb orders, and have never had an issue with it. Is there some way I can override this feature and still utilize the carrier calculated function? We sell over 900 different products ranging from .001oz capacitors, to 120 lb power supplies. As we ship to the entire USA, we can't just set a flat rate for everything. I've already set up the custom boxes for each carrier. "With FedEx Express® U.S. services, you can ship packages up to 150 lbs.; up to 119" in length and 165" in length and girth." Directly from FedEx. Has anybody else encountered this problem? More importantly is there a way to tell the website my products aren't overweight, allowing me to accurately calculate shipping cost?
