We did further troubleshooting on ourside and the result was the subdomains where being routed through a proxy - when switched to DNS only the system runs. There seems to be a recent update on CloudFlare which caused the issue.

Site URL: https://acensisec.com Last week we noticed that the weglot platform was no longer opperating and the subdomain URL was coming up with a access denied notice. We logged onto the Squarespace settings to verify that the DNS and Code injection was correct; we also logged onto the Weglot platform and could see that the option for subdomains needed to be re-selected and the process to set-up subdomains completed - we have waited for 36hr+ and no luck. We haven't made any updates to the squarespace account. Our current status is that we have no weglot button on the website and the subdomains are no being identified by weglot. I have been on support chats with squarespace and they can verify that I have entered in the data correctly; I am currently struggling with weglot support as it's only a email response which can take upto 12hrs to respond and the information shared is just verifiing what we already know and it's not exactly a friendly dialog. We are stuck and not sure if this is due to the squarespace website being on version 7.0 is the problem. Any help would be highly appriecated.
