Ok, I've checked out the website and the vast majority of products are now reinstated on the unlinked store page. The support team said they did a cleanup of categories as a work-around in the interim of fixing the glitch. I don't really understand it but my products are back so I'm happy. Cheers

The tech team contacted me and said they've done some work and some of the products are now showing up. I haven't had a chance to check it out yet. Will update you with what happens next. Thanks

If I go to Commerce>Inventory I can find the product page. When I look at the product it is listed as https://www.jodistewartart.com/landscape-drapery-painting/p/beach-dawn indicating it is on store page landscape-drapery-painting See screen shots 48 to 51. (Screenshots removed) When I go to store page landscape-drapery-painting the product is not there. I can search for it and it will come up as a product I can edit and send to the top of the page, but it will not appear on the store page or any summary pages. See screen shots 39 to 47. (Screenshots removed) The only thing that has worked is making a duplicate of the page which will then show up on the store page. So obviously there is something that is slightly different about the settings of the duplicate product which allows it to show up on the product page but I have tried all the different settings and can't figure it. Tech support is just asking me repeatedly to check unlinked pages which I have done multiple times. Any help appreciated as I have now spoken to three different people at tech support who just tell me the same thing and I have now spent two days trying to figure it out.

After Googling I see this question has been asked multiple times and still not answered - how to get items from inventory onto store pages. If I get an answer from support I'll publish it here.

Hi again Paul, just for information Squarespace has let me know that all the products still exist on the Inventory page under Commerce. I still haven't figured out how to get them back onto pages, but very relieved that they are still exist and I don't have to remake 20 or so pages. Thanks for your help.

I moved some products (landscape paintings) from one page to another (all painting products) using the select and move function and they just disappeared. I can search and find them on the internet, but I can't find them while I'm logged into Squarespace, for example I can search for this painting and find a webpage for it, but can't find the product on any of my pages when I'm logged in. I have toggled off for each one, but each page still shows quick view. I disable it in the page settings but it still appears on each page.

Quick view shows as turned off but is still being used on all pages. Tried turning it on and off - it just won't go away. And the quick view is also so glitchy that I've had visitors to the site point out how bad it looks so it's a big deal that I can't get rid of it. I've had Squarespace for about a year now and it's generally pretty disappointing for the money. Thank god for the forums.

Site URL: https://jodistewartart.com I want to use a 'store' style page as a portfolio so that each image out of a grid of images has the capability of opening up a new window with a larger picture and more information, exactly as a store page does, but some works will be available to sell and some won't (already sold but still part of the portfolio). Is there a page that works exactly as a store page but without price, buy now or quantity listings? Otherwise, I have to 'build' each separate listing and link to the image page? So clumsy

I added code I found on one of the forums to correct it, which it did, but now the button won't centre, even after adding more code to correct it.
