Create Template & Sell in Course?

Hi All! I help authors create and market their books. I have made about 10 different author websites in Squarespace, and now I want to turn one of those sites into a template that anyone can download and use for their own websites. I want the link to the template to be in the course I'm going to be selling. Is that possible?
