Yess I still have had no response on help, to how to resolve this issue. I can use GIFS but MP4 look so much better and smoother.... 7.1 is really good but vert limiting on some things....

I am also having this same issue even on the very latest and newest version. As soon as I open it in CHROME it works. VERY Frustrating!!!

I am trying to add a video onto my website in the image section where it has then video upload section. I upload the video and when it plays through it flashes white for a second then it starts playing again on AUTO. I don't want the black so I need a solution to stop that, how is that?
